Available Positions
Software Engineer
We are looking to hire one or two talented individuals for the position of software engineer or junior software engineer. As a key member of our software engineering team, you will be working in an exciting environment helping us improve and develop our award winning Cocoa based Mac OS X applications, as well as our online e-commerce presence.
Our engineering team is strong and one of the best on the Mac. If you don't already have these skills, you will learn how to develop scalable, properly architected, pattern based, object-oriented applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop objective-c, Cocoa based components for our key applications, under the guidance of our senior engineers
- Help build and maintain internal applications
- Help build and maintain online apps for our e-commerce needs using Ruby on Rails
- A keen sense of object-oriented principles
- Prior programming experience with object-oriented language(s)
- Quick ability to grasp design requirements
- Fluent in English - spoken and written
- Some form of Unix/Linux command line experience
- Some form of SQL/Database design experience
- Web development experience (i.e html, javascripts, css, ruby)
- An understanding of XML
- Cocoa and objective-c experience
- Experience with software patterns
- Mac OS X experience

Technical Support Rep
We are looking to hire one or two talented and dynamic individuals for the position of Technical Support Representative. As a key member of the Technical Support team, you will be working in a fast-paced environment assisting our customers and solving technical issues.

- Track leads, follow-up with potential customers, and grow the current client base through business development efforts
- Provide timely response to customers by email and/or phone, maintain good customer relationship

- Providing online demonstration to help our customers understand and use our products

Report Designer
We are looking to hire a talented and dynamic individual for the position of Report Designer. In this role, your responsibility is to create, examine, evaluate, and produce custom reports as required. The Report Designer will gather requirements from multiple sources, analyze, interpret, and summarize data for report preparation. The Report Designer is responsible for creating high accuracy reports using our reporting tool as found in Daylite and Billings.
The ideal candidate would possess exceptional problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset. You are creative, innovative, possess a keen interest in design, and an eye for detail.

- Use the Report Engine for designing great looking invoices, reports, and estimates
- Design accurate and meaningful business reports
- Training users on how to design reports
- Proficiency with desktop business applications

- Experience using page layout software such as QuarkXPress, Adobe Indesign, or Adobe Illustrator
- Experience with coding/scripting
- Familiarity with Mac OS X
