Only boxed retail versions of Marketcircle software will be accepted for refund through this method.
Your refund claim must include:
• Your purchase receipt (unaltered copies accepted);
• The retail box in good condition with all contents
intact;
• Your mailing address and contact telephone
number;
• Your e-mail address; and
• A brief comment on why you would like to be
refunded.
Should your claim not contain any part of these requirements Marketcircle Inc. retains the right to refuse the refund request and return the software to you.
All Refund Requests received by Marketcircle Inc. that require an additional shipping fee to be paid will be refused and returned at your expense.
Upon receipt of your completed Return Authority and refund request, you will be advised by e-mail that the request is in process.
Your request will typically be processed within 10 days of receipt of
this claim. A cheque in United States Dollars will be mailed to you for
the net price of your claim (i.e.: the price paid less shipping and local
taxes). Purchases made in Canada will be refunded GST, and furthermore
purchases made in Ontario will be refunded PST.
App Store sales are final.
All purchases of Marketcircle products made in the iTunes App Store are final.
All Pay-as-you-go (PAYG) licenses are non-refundable.
