As a small business, I needed something that was easy to use and very comprehensive.With my old invoicing process, i did not really have a logical and organized way of keeping track of clients I had invoiced and for how much and when I had gotten (or not) paid! It was important to find something that made this process much more painless and precise! I wanted to get away from spreadsheets, exporting files, having to keep track of paid/unpaid balances, etc. I'm a musician, not an accountant! :-)

The simple task of creating an invoice was a bit of a pain. Also, the process from making to sending an invoice required a lot of steps! Project, client name and address, invoice amounts. I'm getting tired just thinking of it now!

The ease of use and how clean and professional everything looks! Everything is very clearly laid out, labeled and most importantly, I can customize it to my needs! The fact that I could create, save a copy, and e-mail an invoice in ONE click sold me on the program immediately. It was very easy to customize one of the invoice templates by adding my logo and art which was a big deal. It makes me look like a pro! Not to mention, it is a beautiful-looking program!

It's as easy as plugging in a few numbers and I'm done! This makes it so easy to get back to writing music rather than doing bookkeeping!I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm looking forward to tax season when I WON'T have to spend HOURS calculating what Billings has already done for me!
