@ AJ
Thanks for your reply. Yes, their are other apps out there that offer competent and competitive features with quality interface and sync (Grand Total/Time Log via Mobile me). But, please don't mistake my dissatisfaction with the feature set. I think it is a great start, and I realize the limitations are not your fault. I just don't know why it's a $15 app. It's really more of principle than a measly $15 bones. I look forward to the updates. Hopefully I'll be persuaded by then.

@mardis Yes - seriously.
If other applications provide the functionality you need and you like them, then please go ahead and buy one of those applications. Competition is good.

However, I'll bet that those application do not provide the combination of a good clean interface and synchronization to a proper desktop application (where you have full control of the invoice).
Those applications you mention do not provide any kind of meaningful customization of their PDF invoices. This is because of limitations in the current iPhone SDK.
There are also legal limitations - for example how do you get your custom fonts on there (legally) and what about scripts (some of our invoices use those)?
Hopefully this will change in the future.

Seriously? I like the Touch app but it has a long way to go. If it doesn't allow custom invoices (which is the core of Billings, since many other applications offer time tracking and invoicing) then it should not be $15. This probably won't get posted :(

Congratulations!
Keep up the good work, and I am sure your support team would have won an award too - if there was an award for that!
