Cloud Rolling Downtime this weekend

Over the weekend, we’ll be moving accounts from a problematic server cluster to a new one. The move will take about 10 minutes per account.

The downtime will be intermittent beginning at 7:00 pm EST today, starting with our European customers and working our way to our Australian customers. Our plan is to move your account when you are sleeping :)

Customers on other clusters will not be affected.

You can continue to use Billings Pro and Billings Pro Touch during this time.

A number of customers have experienced problems during the month of November. Putting our money where our mouth is, we’re not going to charge any Marketcircle Cloud customer for the month of November.

Our forums will be down for maintenance on Wednesday

Our forums will be down for maintenance this Wednesday, November 2nd.

The actual maintenance window will be from 1 pm – 9 pm Eastern Time. Sometime during this time frame, our forums site may experience up to 30 minutes of downtime (hopefully much less however).

After the maintenance, you may notice a minor change in the sign-in/registration system we use on our forums. Your login will stay exactly the same, but you will notice that you are logging directly into our community, rather than using the LiveCloud login system. You will no longer see the LiveCloud logo when you sign in; this change is designed to make the login process more seamless for you.

We’re going to be doing some server maintenance over the weekend again to our Cloud system that powers Billings Pro.

We’ve scheduled this maintenance starting Saturday October 22nd at 9:00 am EST until Monday at 9:00 am EST.

The maintenance will mean a downtime period of only approximately 10 minutes for each account.

During these 10 minutes, synchronization, control panel, and Timecard will be unavailable.

You can still continue using Billings Pro during this time, as it’s a native Mac application that can work offline – that’s the beauty of this system.

We’re going to do our best to work on accounts during times where they’d be less likely to be active with the product (e.g. in the middle of the night), based on your location.

We apologize in advance for any inconveniences this may cause.

Cloud maintenance (Tuesday, August 2nd)

We’ll be performing some maintenance to our Cloud system on Tuesday, August 2nd, between 4:00 am and 8:00 am EST.

During this time, all functions will be slower than usual, and Billings Pro Touch users will not be able to synchronize (you can still work offline during this time, as the data will be synced when a connection is realized).

Upcoming maintenance (affects Knowledge Base & Blog)

Due to some scheduled maintenance, our blog and Knowledge Base may be down intermittently (for as little as a few seconds and as long as 20 minutes) between August 1st and August 11th in the evening (after 11:00 pm EST).

Forums login may be affected
