Please make sure you speak to our support people. There are rare cases during the sync where a crash can occur and we are working on resolving those. We’ve ironed out a few with 3.5.2, there might be a few more.

installs fine, by demo crashes on both laptop and desktop. would love to use it, but can’t get beyond the crashes right after install. waste on major time…not quite ‘mac’ like….

There could be several reasons for this. This is not the best place to get support. Please go to our support page or email support and someone will help you out. I’m sure there is a valid explanation.

Daylite doesn’t automatically sync additions to calendar in ICal.

Ical and Address Book automatically upload changes into Daylite.

Daylite automatically uploads new addresses into Address Book.

But the daylite to ICal connection fails.

It is related to passwords. We had to update some security stuff in 3.5 to make the system more secure. Unfortunately some passwords aren’t accepted and we have to handle them on a case by case basis. I hear support has already email you with a fix.

Upgraded to 3.5 – Will not accept sign-on or password. Tries to put in a request. It sent me to a non-helpful factoid. No ability or confirmation my request for support was sent. My business is at a standstill because I cannot access my database.

Syncing is working great for me, and for the first time is allowing me to commit fully to Daylite because the ability to sync contacts and iCal events with my phone.
