Can you explain why we are not allowed to select our currency we wish to pay in and let paypal offer the rate, instead of a rate set by marketcircle that doesnt reflect current changes. It says I have paid US 47.54 and VAT of US 8.32 So if I have paid US 47.54 for Billings3 that is not the sale price of US 39.99 is it..tell me if I am missing something here?
