Select contacts in Daylite and push them to LightSpeed or pull contacts from LightSpeed. Once a link is established, you can update the record in either direction. Eliminate double-entry and keep the two systems up to date.
A solutions salesperson can quickly create estimates by pulling products and pricing from LightSpeed. The opportunity is tracked in Daylite and when won, it can be pushed back to LightSpeed as an order. The order is then fullfiled using standard procedures in LightSpeed.
Your retail sales person can make a LightSpeed quote and then realizing that this is a solution or a long cycle sale, he or she can pass it on to a solution salesperson who then uses an opportunity in Daylite to win the business. Once the business is won, the order is fulfilled using standard procedures in LightSpeed.

Daylite 3.7 includes help files that specify how to setup the LightSpeed connector. You can follow those steps or you can engage one of our partners to do it for you. The choice is yours.
