If you were a web designer you would use Opportunities to help obtain and manage potential clients, so that you could move forward and "close" the web design deal. Once you would have secured the new business, you'd manage the construction of the website using the Projects feature.

Our Services

We noticed that users who were migrating from ACT! were not able to bring over the type of rich history they were looking for. The reason for this - ACT! does not allow its users to export everything from the database. We decided to step in and spend a hefty amount of engineering time to create an export/import tool, so that users could work in Daylite - with all the business history they needed.
