Daylite
Manage your business and your team.
Times are changing. Simply syncing calendars and contacts to your phone is so 1995. With the introduction of Daylite Touch, you can have your whole business in your pocket — not just appointments and contacts. And even if you don't have an iPhone or iPod Touch, we've still got you covered.
Daylite Touch is a business productivity manager for the iPhone and iPod Touch, designed to be used with Daylite on the Mac. With Daylite Touch, you'll have access to your employees and all your critical business information on the go. Invite employees to meetings and they'll be notified wherever they are, delegate tasks in your idle time, check the progress of projects, and hand off a new sales lead to a co-worker from anywhere in the world. Daylite Touch puts your business in your pocket.
Not only can you synchronize your contacts to your mobile device, you are also able to synchronize your contacts to Apple's Address Book and any other application that participates in Apple Sync Services ecosystem.
You can select to synchronize a subset of your contacts to your entire Address Book to a special "Daylite" group in Address Book. You can even match Daylite categories to Address Book groups.
With this flexibility you are able to keep your personal contacts out of Daylite if you'd like. Keep in mind that Daylite has visibility features to hide your private contacts from colleagues even if they are in Daylite.
Similar to contacts and Address Book, your personal Daylite calendar (appointments, tasks, reminders) will appear on your mobile device and in iCal. Daylite appointment categories are matched to iCal calendars and you can select which categories/calendars synchronize giving you great flexibility.
We've replaced and enhanced the synchronization system to handle special multi-user cases. For example, if a colleague deletes an important contact from his or her mobile device, the contact will disappear from your mobile device as well once everyone is done synching. With Daylite 3.5, you can easily recover this contact by going to the Trash window and restoring the contact.
Another scenario is meetings. Meetings that you are invited to and have accepted will show up on your mobile device. If you delete the meeting on your device (or in iCal), you will be removed from the meeting and the meeting organizer will be notified.
The same is true for delegated tasks and appointments. If you delete them on your mobile device, the person that delegated the activity will be notified.
Daylite participates in Apple's Sync Services and as a result, a great number of mobile devices are supported. Visit Apple's iSync compatibility page for a complete list.

Many times, when you are on a trip, perhaps going to visit an important client, having just your contact and calendar on your mobile device is not enough. You need to have all your relevant data and interaction history. Logging in to your Daylite server from the client's office or the hotel or the airplane may be inconvenient and even impossible.
Daylite has just the solution you need. You can create an offline database on your laptop and take a full working copy of your database with you. While on the road, you can review the history of the contact(s), project or opportunity. If you use DMI, you can even see emails. You can also add any data such as notes, tasks, and much more while on the road.
When you get back to the office, simply synchronize with the main database and all the data you created will make it the to server and any new data entered on the server will make it to your laptop.
Daylite has been offering this convenient feature since 2003.
Daylite synchronizes with Sync Services. You will need one of the following to get the data from Sync Services to the physical device.
Please check Apple's or MarkSpace's or PocketMac's pages for specific model compatibility.
