If you've lost your password and you do not have a support plan, use this service to recover your password. You will need to contact us in order to arrange a means for us to access your database (sending it to us or remote access). Because of the complexity of this task your cannot use a pay per incident purchase. We strongly recommend that you store your passwords in a safe place - we would prefer you spent the money on buying another license or product. |
