In the event you are asked to send your database to Marketcircle (typically for support reasons), please follow these steps:

• If you haven't changed the location of the backups, you will find your backups in:
  Hard Drive -> Library -> OpenBase -> Backup
• If you need to create a backup of the Daylite database, we have a training movie which can assist you with this.
• If your compressed database is smaller than 4 MB, then email it to us directly, otherwise if it is larger than 4 MB, please use www.yousendit.com. In both cases, the recipient is support@marketcircle.com
• In the email or in the comment box of www.yousendit.com, please add a small note reminding us of the issue.
