I upgraded from 1.9 and now I have duplicate sourcelists

Duplicate sourcelists (smart lists) are caused by upgrading both an offline and online databases.

You should follow the correct procedure for the upgrade process. In a nutshell, sync your offline databases before updating. Then update the main online database only. After the completion of the update, recreate your offline databases (discard the old ones).

To delete duplicate smart lists, you will have to send your database to Marketcircle (or give us direct access). A fee of $99 will apply.

We strongly recommend that you revert to your 1.9 backup (of your offline and online databases) and follow the proper procedures.
