You can configure Daylite 3 to either display the 'login' window when launching the application,
or connect to the last logged in database automatically.

To prevent Daylite from automatically connecting to, or logging into
to a database, do the following:

-Quit Daylite
-Hold down the [option] key, then launch Daylite.
-When Daylite launches, let go of the [option] key.
-From the menu bar select Daylite -> Preferences... -> General
-Under the heading "When Launching the Application", select:
'Show Connect to Database window'
-Close the preferences window, quit/relaunch Daylite for the changes to take effect
