DayLite v1.9

1.9 adds the ability to dial using another dialer. We've included a plugin for Jon's Phone Tool, but with the developer API, anyone could add a dialer.
1.9 also adds the ability to save Label templates and presets. These bits of data are stored in Home -> Library -> Application Support -> DayLite -> LabelTemplates and LabelPresets.
OpenBase 9.1.1 is included which improves performance by 30% in some areas of the application.

• Changed Auto Dial window to include different dialer devices. Jon's Phone Tool provides the ability to dial using a VoIP service, computer speakers and more.
• Changed Label printer to look for templates in Home -> Library -> Application Support -> DayLite -> LabelTemplates -> Contact (or Organization).
• Changed Label printer to be able to save custom label presets. Custom labels use 'Custom' as the product code. You can locate easily that way.
• Changed Label printer to look for custom presets in Home -> Library -> Application Support -> DayLite -> LabelPresets -> USLetter (or A4).
• Changed database engine installer to include OpenBase 9.1.1.
• Fixed a rare category color bug on Tiger.
