How do I manually uninstall DMI?

Quit Apple Mail and Daylite (if applicable), and then using a 'Finder' window, check the following locations:
1) Hardrive -> Library -> Receipts
If there is a file titled "DMI.pkg", move it to the trash
2) Home -> Library -> Mail -> Bundles
If there is a file titled "DayLiteMailIntegration.mailbundle", move it to the trash.
When you have verified the above, launch Apple Mail.
