As of Daylite 3.5, there is no need to manually create locations to appear in the Tasks and Appointments cards.
The choices are now automatically populated based on past entries.
For example, if you have used the location "Training Room #1" for an existing appointment, it will now show up in the location drop down for all other appointments.
