New Features or Improvements- Enabled Palm Synching (need to install Palm Desktop 4.1 or Missing Sync 4.x *plus* the Daylite Palm Conduits). Conduit should work in Rosetta on Intel. The rest of the system is fully universal. Repeats & Alarms not currently supported, but will be for the final.
- Ability to add/remove/edit forms. Double-click on a form in the Forms tab or in the Activity tab in order to bring up the edit card.
- Added ics (iCal) importing. Export ics from iCal, then import the .ics file into Daylite. Repeats & Alarms not currently supported but will be for the final.
- Included OpenBase 9.1.6 (now fully universal)
- Enabled Address Book syncing
- File->Database menu now has option Quick Backup
- Added Create and Edit card for File references, accessed through the Actions->Add File Reference menu item. Another way to do this is to drag a file from finder or elsewhere, onto an object that supports file references (i.e. Contact, Organization, Group, Project or Opportunity).

- Added the build number to the application updater so users can get notified of newer beta builds through Daylite
- Added ability to view the hierarchical structure of groups and subgroups, as well as the ability to drag 'n drop to create subgroups.
- "Copy" command now works when you have selected rows in the 'Column Mode'. It copies the tab-delimited data to the pasteboard so you can then for instance paste it into an excel spreadsheet.
- Added a filter field to the results pane(in the header) which filters the results of the source list based on name.
- Added fields for Current Pipeline and Current Stage to be displayed in the detail tab for Opportunity and Project(when applicable).
- Added menu item: File->New List For, which acts on the current selection to create a new source list with these objects pre-populated into it.
- Added contextual menu to Toggle buttons(chiclets), allows you to "solo" the button, or to select all buttons.
- Added ability to have a "Done" checkbox column to the Task list(column mode).

- Added the ability to import (from menu or drag to dock icon), **basic** Word documents. The processing is the same as if you opened the Word document in TextEdit. No additional processing has been added. This feature is available on Tiger only.
- Added ability to drag and drop to create relationships, i.e. Drag a contact to another contact, or drag an Organization to another Organization. A panel will pop up asking you the details of the relationship.

FixesNote: some fixed are not listed and a few are still pending.- Changed the look of left and right arrows in the header for the results pane to be more consistent with current UI elsewhere in the app.
- Changed text description"New Person" to "New Contact" for the New Contact toolbar icon.
- Fixed issue where there were three tabs available in the Appointment results pane and clicking the third one caused a crash. Now there are only two tabs.
- Changed textual references from "Bookmark bar" to "Shortcut bar", including menu item and text in an empty shortcut bar that explains its usage.
- Window settings which were previously being used for all databases/users on the computer are now saved on a per-database and per-user basis.
- Fixed issue where sometimes if you had opened more than one viewer and perhaps closed one of them a crash would occur if you open the find panel.
- Fixed issue where sometimes opening a new viewer, then closing it then opening another one would cause a crash.
- The Show Shortcuts/Hide Shortcuts menu item now changes depending on whether the Shortcuts bar is visible or not.
- Combine... menu option has been removed from the Edit->Spelling menu.
- In the activity tab, the second popup(the one that filters based on date) is now wide enough to display all the choices in it correctly.
- When creating a timeblock with no linked objects, then linking in an opportunity or project whose Progress tab is currently visible and pressing OK, the new Timeblock now shows up in the progress tab.
- Fixed issue where running Combine... on two Contacts or two Organizations would always complain that the objects cannot be deleted.

- Fixed the display of field tokens in the Report Writer. Attributes are respected and the positioning is normal.

- Palm Sync - Fixed issue where Daylite tasks would get marked as status In Progress if not completed in the Palm - now the status is left unchanged, or reverted to last known Not Done status if the Daylite task is marked as completed and the Palm todo is not done
- Fixed issue where icons in the Last/Next activity HUD widgets were not reflecting the type of appointment/task/note.
- Fixed issue where if you created a new contact for an existing organization, sometimes it would duplicate the organization.
- Fixed the Create->Subgroup menu item, which was always greyed out before. Now, if a group is selected in the results pane you can create a subgroup for it via this menu item.
- Fixed Create->Subtask menu item, which was always greyed out before. As with the Subgroup menu item, if you have a selected task in the results, you can choose this menu item to make a new subtask.
- Fixed issue where the app would crash if you created a contact with no organization and you had "Go To Organization" selected as the next step.
- Fixed a missing calendar ID when creating new appointments using the Distributed Objects API
- Changed the Word merging functionality to work with Word 2004 only.
- Fixed issue where column headers were being duplicated when exporting selected rows to a file.
- Fixed bug where when trying to dial a phone number or view in large type for the default organization in the contact detail view via the rollover menu, it would crash.
- Replaced old 1.x icons in the Detail view for Contact and Organization with the new 3.x toolbar icons.
