What's New in Daylite 3.0.2
Improvements- Added ability to open links outside of Daylite(in default browser) in the HUD widgets. You must use target="_blank". Example:<a href="http://www.yahoo.com" target="_blank">Yahoo</a>
- Added ability to specify a key in the Info.plist for a web kit template(HUD, Business Card View, etc) such that every non-daylite link(i.e. http://) will be opened in the default browser, rather than inline in the template view. The key is "MCOpenAllLinksExternally" and should be of type Boolean.
- Added Opportunities and Projects as individual items in the Activity tab for Organizations in the Type popup.
- Dock icon now bounces(once) when new notifications are found if the application is not active.
- Added sorting by Stage Number for Projects and Opportunities.
Fixes- Added Duplicate checking when creating a Contact or an Organization.
- Fixed issue where keywords and categories were not by default active when they were created.
- Fixed issue where filtering in the task and group panes was crashing the app for people using Panther.
- Fixed issue where Note categories were showing up in the category popup for the Group card.
- Fixed an issue where when you selected Visual Query in the Report Writer, the app would crash.
- Fixed a situation where the Forms Sub Array Editor would not update the form fields when you selected different form types in the Report Writer.
- Renamed the hud templates folder to be HUDTemplates (shorter).
- Fixed sporadic crash when logging into a database.
- Fixed issue where preference for auto-linking notes/tasks/appointments to the default organization when linked to a contact was not being respected.
- Fixed issue where choosing "Follow-Up Task" or "Follow-Up Appointment" from the next step menu in the Task card did not carry the linked objects over to the new task or appointment.
- Fixed issue where Projects and Opportunities did not show up when "All" was selected in the Type popup in the Organization Activity tab.
- Relaxed the conditions in which you can apply Forms, Activity, Opp/Projects Sub Array Filters in the Report Writer.
- Fixed a condition in which Legacy HTML Reports would not work.
- Fixed issue where right-clicking outside the columns in a table could cause a crash in some places.
- Fixed issue which was causing a crash when accessing the Default Values preference pane. (Labels which had no value was causing the issue)
- Fixed sporadic crash when creating a contact after the "Save" button is pressed.
- Fixed issue where when tabbing to another field in the Task table in the Progress tab, the user would get the warning that the task is already being edited by another user, which was not the case.
- Fixed issue which caused the enabe/disable sharing of databases checkbox in the preferences to behave oddly.

- Fixed issue where sorting by some options in the Task and Appointment list were causing crashes.
- Fixed issue so that when the calendar preferences are changed, the user is notified that Daylite needs to be restarted for those changes to take effect.
- Fixed default values for Task in Preferences so that the due date offset can be greater than or equal to 0.
- Fixed issue which allowed an organization to be created without a name.
- Fixed issue where the organization name was not being updated in the roles tableview when creating a new organization for a new contact.
- Fixed issue where the Organization which was created/linked to a Contact when creating the contact could not be unlinked.
- Fixed issue where complete date was not being set in the Task card when the status popup was changed to "Done"
- Fixed issue where opportunity stage history was being duplicated when editing an Opportunity
- Fixed issue so that the task, timeblock or note which is being auto-linked when creating a contact or organization appears in the linked tableview. The task, timeblock and note will only appear in the create window but not the edit window.
- Fixed issue where reminder fire time was being based on the unedited timeblock rather than the changes made when editing a timeblocks start date/time.
- Added "Flagged" as a criteria for Organization Smart Lists.
- Fixed issues with changing the default role of a role in the contact and organization create and edit cards.
- Fixed issue where swapping the relationship type was not working for the selected relationship in the contact and organization edit cards.
- Fixed issue where when creating an instance of an activity set, the names and dates of the individual activities were not editable.
- Fixed issue where when changing the setting "Add to Menu Bar" in the Contact card(Extra tab) the menus were not being refreshed to reflect the change, you would have to restart the app.
- Fixed issue where title of HUD widgets was visually being truncated for no reason.
- Added alert panel, when Command-Shift is held down while logging in, that allows you to delete display state preferences in the database(such as selected source list, window sizes, column orders, etc).
- Fixed issue where detail view does not refresh when things are removed from the Task list(i.e. deleted, or removed because they no longer qualify for that smart list).
- Fixed validation on repeat until / count fields for appointments.
- Restricting access for an offline database to be used on any computer that is not the the one on which it was created.
- Offline databases that have been tampered with(i.e. the name changed) no longer allow connection.
- Offline databases are no longer allowed to have database updates applied to them. They must now be recreated after the main database has been updated.
