I can no longer synchronize my offline database - my server IP changed

Once you've created an Offline database, Daylite records the IP address of the server (or host computer) from which this Offline database was created. If the server's IP address changes, then synchronization will no longer be allowed.

The resolution to this situation is very simple and easy to resolve.

Connect to the Online database from the remote computer using the server's new IP address.
Then once connected, go to the File menu and click on 'Go Offline'.
This process will reset the IP address to the new one, and the synchronization process will continue.
You do not have to worry about the data on the Offline database as Daylite will recognize the existing Offline database and perform the proper sync.
