You can achieve this very easily by doing the following:

-Open the Calendar view and create a New Smart list
-Give the list a title (for example 'Shared')
-Click on the 'Sources' tab
-Place a check in the 'Other Users' box and select all Users that you would like to display in the main Calendar window.
-Place a check in the 'Me' box if you would like to include yourself in this view.
-Click on the 'Create' prompt to complete the process
