Note: If you are upgrading from Daylite 1.x to Daylite 3.x, first make sure that you read this following knowledge base article and follow the
proper procedures!
You may be getting this message because you are trying to access a Daylite 1.x database using Daylite 3.x
You have two options:
1) Log into the database using Daylite 3.>If you do this (by clicking on 'Update Now' button), you will not be able to log into this same database using Daylite 1.x again!
You should read the proper procedures in the article mentioned above first.
>However, a backup of your database is created when accessing a 1.x database using DayLite 3 for the first time.
(So in the future, if you ever want to go back to using Daylite 1.x, you can restore this backup, and start using your database again using Daylite 1.x. Note that this is a backup and it will only contain data up to the point when this backup of the actual database is created-- Any data that you've entered into the database after the update using Daylite 3 will not be in this backup! This backup is a Daylite 1.x database.)
2) Log into the database using Daylite 1.x.>Quit Daylite 3
>Launch Daylite 1.x
>Log into the database.
