What is the optimal RAID Block Size for Daylite?

If you have two hardrives or volumes and would like to setup a mirrored RAID set in Apple's Disk Utility, the optimal RAID Block Size to use for Daylite/OpenBase when creating this RAID is 16k*.

*Larger block sizes would be better for video applications - which this is not.
