If you are not able to get into DayLite because you lost or forgot your
password, DayLite will try to email it to you as long as your contacts
record in DayLite has a valid email address.
If that is not the case, then login to the database as:-
Username: DayLite Admin
Password:DayLite Admin
and do the following:-
- From the menu bar select DayLite -> Preferences... -> Users & Security -> Users (tab)
- Select your username in the left-hand panel
- Using the Action pulldown (top left of the user list), select Change Password
- Change the password and save
- Close the preferences window and logout of the database (File -> Log Out from Database)
- Now login as your username using the new password (File -> Connect to Database)
If
you changed the default DayLite Admin password and cannot remember it, you will have to send your database to us.
