I purchased Daylite 1.9 between December 1, 2005 - March 30, 2006 and was promised a free upgrade. Where is my license?

All customers that purchased Daylite 1.x between December 1, 2005 - March 31, 2006 have received an email (sent to the email address used when purchasing Daylite 1.9) with their new licenses.
