In Daylite 1.x, highlighting multiple objects automatically produced the Bulk Edit screen. How can I access the Bulk Edit screen in Daylite 3?

Highlight a multiple selection of objects, (i.e. Contacts, Organizations, Opportunities etc) and then select the following from the menu bar:

Edit -> Bulk Edit (or [apple] + e keys)

Please note that the Bulk Edit option is only available when multiple objects have been selected.
