How do I Narrow to Selection in Daylite 3?

Narrow to Selection is a feature in Daylite 1.x that you can use by following these steps:
*Select the Contacts or Organizations (hold [apple] key and click on contacts to select)
*Go to the Action menu -> select Narrow to Selection.
This functionality can still be achieved in Daylite 3, with the help of Lists
*Select the Objects you want
*Go to the File menu -> select New List for x Objects
