1.
To take a screenshot of your entire screen:>Press [shift] + [apple] + [3]
>An image of your screen will be saved on your desktop.

To take a screenshot of a part of your screen:>Press [shift] + [apple] + [4] -> this will change your cursor
into crosshairs
>Click and drag/ hi-light the portion of the screen you want
to capture.
>An image of this will be saved on your desktop.
3.
To take a screenshot of just a particular window, sheet or menu:>Press [shift] + [apple] + [4], then the [space] key
>This will change your cursor into a Camera
>Click on the window/sheet you want to capture.
>An image of this will be saved on your desktop.
Tip:To copy the image to the clipboard instead of saving it on the desktop,
hold the [control] button
eg.: Press [control]+[shift]+[apple]+[4], -> [space] -> click on window ->Now you can paste this into a body of an email message
or a text document ( [apple] + [v] )
*When sending screenshots through email, methods 2 or 3 are preferred.
