I'm performing an Import and noticed a 'Ensure Unique' check box. What does this mean?

Ensure Unique is an option that is available only on certain fields, like ‘firstname’, ‘lastname’
and ‘email’.
If you check all three, Daylite will check the database to see if a contact with matching entries
is found. If a match is found, Daylite will update that record rather than creating a new object.
