Growl is a 3rd party notification system for Mac OS X which allows Daylite , and other applications, to send you visual notification of Events, Appointments, tasks, etc.

For Grow to work with Daylite only the main grow application needs to be installed.

To use Growl with Daylite

- Install Growl
- Go to Apple -> System Preferences
- Select Growl
- Ensure that Growl is running and Start at Log-in is ticked.
- Click on Applications and highlight Daylite.
- You can now alter the notification preferences for Daylite Notifications.
- All notifications are set as default.
- Default style can be change on the Display Options tab.
