Live List is a print layout that considers every object you have selected in the database and creates a line item for each object. Live list is useful if you want very limited information about many items in the database. If you need to create a list of items with certain column headers and it is very rare that you might repeat the same format again, live list is a good choice. You can systematically choose what column headers you need for the list and what objects you want to include in the live list. Live lists can be created for any Daylite object. In this example, we will create a live list for contacts.
To create a Live List
1. Select Contacts in the navigator.
2. Click the Columns tab in the Results pane.
