Release Notes for 3.1.2 - Changes since 3.1.1

Improvements
• Added contextual menus for all object types, and a contextual menu preference pane to configure what appears in them
• Added preference that controls how many items show up in the Recent lists
• Added available columns for Birthday and Anniversary for Contacts.
• Added ability to search Forms in the global find.
• Added List to Text formatter in Dynamic Text Element. An automatic mode is provided for the most common applications. A custom mode is also provided. The format follows 'CR!TAB!firstname' pattern.
• Added the ability to specify 'placeholder' text in a token in a Dynamic Text Element. This placeholder only appears if there is value returned.
• Added the ability to specify any text to precede or follows valid text in a Dynamic Text Element. You could only specify 3 canned options before.


Fixes
• Fixed bug in Panther that would could cause a crash if the user tried to click the "More" button for reminders in the Appointment or Task cards, or if the user tried to access the Notifications preference pane.
• Fixed issue where editing some source lists could cause a crash
• Fixed an issue where creating a smart list with form criterion could cause a crash
• Fixed issue where when combining two Contacts or Organizations the linked groups were not being transferred.
• Fixed issue where unnamed category could cause a crash in the task list when opening the inline priority/category widget.
• Fixed issue where when creating a Contact, if you have entered an organization name then deleted it, the application could crash when you press OK.
• Fixed issue where Daylite would crash when working with groups
• Fixed issue where Daylite would crash in certain situations in the Activity tab
• Fixed crash in Activity tab which happened when you selected a note with a PDF in it, then changed selection to something else and then changed back to that same note.
• Fixed issue on the month view where looking at a multi user calendar while creating a meeting with one of those users could cause a crash when selecting a new date range
• When creating a follow-up task, the next step popup is now always reset to "Continue" rather than staying on "Follow-Up".
• Added ability to create print layouts for forms. Created a default print layout for forms, which does not have the printing issues of the previous form printing mechanism.
• Fixed issue where if you have appointments selected at the same time as appointments that are repeats, and you try to print, it will not let you.
• Fixed issue where extra field 12 was not showing up in the detail view for Organizations
• Fixed bug where if the Helvetica fonts are not available on a computer(either disabled, removed or corrupted), the app might crash when displaying the detail views.
• Fixed a crash that was caused when you dragged a token from anywhere in a dynamic text element to the end (last characters) of the dynamic text.
• Fixed issue which could cause Daylite to crash on quit
• Fixed issue where if the user has specified a particular user to be the owner of activities in an activity set, it was still setting the owner to the current user, not the one specified.
• Fixed issue where when importing notes in the delimited data importer, if you tried to attach them to a contact or organization with a particular source import id, in some cases it was not working.
• Fixed issue where when importing using the Appointment, Task or Group importer, if new categories have to be created they were not being set as active for the given object type.
• Fixed issue which could cause Daylite to crash on quit
• Fixed issue where if the user has specified a particular user to be the owner of activities in an activity set, it was still setting the owner to the current user, not the one specified.
• Fixed issue where when importing notes in the delimited data importer, if you tried to attach them to a contact or organization with a particular source import id, in some cases it was not working.
• Fixed issue where when importing using the Appointment, Task or Group importer, if new categories have to be created they were not being set as active for the given object type.
• Fixed issue where in the Note edit card, text was extending beyond its boundaries, thereby portions of it would get cut off.
• Fixed issue where multiple checkbox fields in the Forms were not using the entire width of the display to show their titles.
• Fixed issue where in the Task edit card, when setting a complete date(thus the status changes to done), the next step popup was not becoming enabled. It would only become enabled when the task status was manually set via the popup to Done.
• Changed "Assigned To" naming to "Owner" in the delimited import field choices.
• Changed reference to "Timeblock" in the delimited importer to "Appointments"
• Fixed issue where Edit windows were not remember their sizing if the user resized them
• Double-clicking a source list will now open it for editing, and the "delete" key will remove it(with a warning).
• Combo box menu in the forms now shrinks to the size of the items in it if the default size is too big
