We have just identified an issue with customers using an older version of OpenBase Manager v9.1.9 (build #10)
This was a beta version of the application which has now reached it's expiration date and was installed with Daylite versions 3.1.1 and 3.1.2.
To verify if you are using this version of Openbase Manager, goto
Applications -> OpenBase -> OpenBaseManagerFrom the menu bar select
OpenBaseManager -> About OpenBase ManagerTo access your database again, please download and install the latest version of Daylite v3.2 which will install OpenBase Manager v10.x using the link below:-
Panther users should
download Daylite 3.1.3
Tiger users should
download Daylite 3.2.3
When going through the installation steps, (specifically step #5 - "Installation Type") please ensure that you select 'Upgrade or Install ' and not 'Customize'.
Restart your computer after the install, launch Daylite and connect to the database.
