I cannot get the 'Print' function to work?

If you notice that 'Print' function for Daylite is not working or you hear a soft beep and nothing happens when you try to print, then the problem may be occurring because your Daylite user profile is not linked to a contact record in the database. This would prevent the Print window from appearing as Daylite cannot identify which user is performing this action.
1. Create a new contact record in Daylite and enter your personal information (i.e., first name, last name, email address etc). 2. Choose Daylite > Preferences > Users & Teams. 3. In the User pane, select the user called noname. 4. Click Choose. This opens a new sheet. 5. Enter your name in the search field. Press return key in your keyboard. 6. Highlight the contact name and click OK. You will now see your name displayed in the User pane. 7. Close the Preferences window.
Try to use the Print feature again and this time it should be working.
