This article will walk you through the steps required to print a simple list of contacts. This same method can be used to print many other items in Daylite, such as a list of organizations, projects etc. What you may want to do is create a Smart list for the items you wish to print. This will allow greater productivity, and less time picking and choosing. Alternatively, you can print a list of all your contacts, or create a static list of hand-chosen ones.
1. Working from the contacts view, choose View > List > List Only.
2. Choose View > List > Column Options..
3. In the Arrange Columns sheet, drag the items that you want to use as column headers from the Inactive Columns to Active Columns. Select 'Size Columns To Fit' to ensure that you can view all the details at once. Click Close.
4. When you are done arranging the columns in the Results pane, select the contact(s) you wish to print. You may select individual contacts or press Apple Key + A to select all. Choose File > Print.
5. Select a print layout of your choice. Click Print.
