You can use the following merge keys with Microsoft Word (versions 2004 and 2008), Excel (versions 2004 and 2008), and OmniGraffle Pro (versions 3, 4, and 5).

Note: You can use the opportunity and project merge keys only with Microsoft Word 2008. In order to use the opportunity and project merge keys, select an opportunity or project in the List view. Highlight a contact linked to the opportunity or project in the Linked view and choose Actions > Merge > Write Letter in Daylite.

Note: When merging Word and Excel, use .doc/.xls files and not Office template files (.dot)

Additional Note for Office: Mac 2008 users: Please save the documents as the .doc format not the new .docx format.
