How can I change the calendar view, so that the week starts on a Monday rather than Sunday?

This can be done via the Preferences window.
From the Daylite menu bar select:
Daylite -> Preferences... "General"
There is a 'Calendar' option in this window. From here you can change the "Start week on" to 'Monday', or any day of the week.
When you have made the change, close the Preferences window, quit and relaunch Daylite.
