Marketcircle KB .: Daylite 3.x .: Patches .: Teams appear in the User/Teams preference pane, but not in the Custom visibility sheet.

Teams appear in the User/Teams preference pane, but not in the Custom visibility sheet.

Symptom:

Teams which have been created/added appear in the User/Teams preference pane but not in the Custom Visibility sheet when setting the Visibility for a Contact, Org, etc.

---------------------------------------------------

This issue arose in Daylite 3.0 and has been fixed in Daylite 3.0.1. You will notice that teams which you created do not show up when setting the visibility for a Contact, Org, etc.

Run the patch to resolve the above symptom.

Steps:

1. BACKUP YOUR DATABASE.
2. Download the patch here.
3. Start Daylite
4. Login to the database which exhibits the issue.
5. Drag the patch file ( Fix_Non_Active_Teams.dlscript ) to the Daylite icon in the dock.
6. You will be prompted to apply the patch.
7. The patch will run and you will receive an alert pane notifying you that the patch ran successfully.
8. Restart Daylite.
