NOTE! When importing Products/Services only import EITHER ALL Products or ALL Services, but never mix Products AND Services when importing.

File->Import->Import Delimited Text Data
Select the file which contains the delimited text data (Click the Browse button)
Click on the Kind pop-up and select either Products or Services (depending on what you are importing)
Map the Source and Destination names (ie. match the columns in the delimited text data file with the values available in Daylite)

NOTE! It is possible to unique on Product/Service Name, Product/Service ID, Model Number, SKU Number and UPC Code.
Uniquing will allow you to keep re-importing product/services with modified costs, etc. So Daylite won't duplicate the products/services you are importing, it will only modify the cost of goods, profit, tax, etc. associated with that product/service based on the import information.

Click on the Import button

ie.

Setup a Product in Daylite.
Export it by following the How to Export Product/Services KB article.
Edit the exported tab delimited file.
Modify the cost of goods for the Product to be $13.99.
Now follow the import instructions above and enable the unique checkbox for the Product Name field.
Click on Import.

Now go to the Products/Services window.
Edit the Product which you just exported and re-imported.
Note that all the details of the Product are the same just the cost of goods value changed to $13.99.
