Selecting an email address from within Daylite does not link the email to the contact in the new message window.

This is a new problem as of Mac OS X 10.5.3. We currently do not have a resolution other than manually selecting the contact.
You can also use the Daylite Address Panel to get the email addresses from Daylite right within Mail. In Mail, choose Window > Daylite Address Panel to do this. Here, you can search based on the contact name and Daylite Address Panel will show the matching records and email addresses.
