I'm experiencing trouble when syncing with my BlackBerry

BlackBerry Syncing is provided by a 3rd party application called PocketMac.

We have had a number of issues reported with this method of syncing and are unable to resolve these issues as we do not develop the software. However, we have been working with PocketMac to resolve any outstanding issues. PocketMac will be the best source for technical help.
