Enhancements

• Birthdays and anniversaries show up in the Calendar of Daylite Touch (can be turned on or off via a preference in the Settings).
• Syncing shows a progress bezel with the option to cancel the sync at any time.
• When viewing notes, data detectors allow you to click web addresses, email addresses or phone numbers in the text.
• "x" and all characters after it in a phone number will now be stripped before dialing the phone number.
• Improved the border/look of the contact and organization photo in the detail panes.
• Changing the server address in Daylite Touch will no longer require a wipe if the username, password and database at the new address are all the same as before.
• First run panes tweaked for greater usability.

• Count in the tasks -> category/location panes no longer includes deleted tasks.
• Swipe deleting an appointment no longer causes a crash in the month view.
• Adding a new phone/address label works properly.

• Objectives pane no longer gets in a confused state when going back to the root pane in certain situations.

• Contact list now refreshes properly when a new contact or organization is synced in from the desktop.
• Making a new task from the inbox and delegating it will automatically turn off the "Add to Inbox" switch.
