The Bulk Edit feature allows you to modify multiple items of the same kind in your database at the same time. Keep in mind that this feature will be available only when you select multiple items in your database (for example, you can select multiple contacts and bulk edit them).

For instance, you can use Bulk Edit to apply a common category to a selection of contacts. Or, you can use Bulk edit to apply visibility settings or even select an owner for a list of items.

To edit multiple items using Bulk Edit

1. Select the items in your database.

2. Choose Edit > Bulk Edit.

3. In the Bulk Edit window, select the checkboxes for the fields that you wish to edit and make your changes. Click Apply.
