Daylite 6.0.3 for iPhone and iPad is now available on the App Store.
Avoid conflicts when booking resources
When you schedule a meeting with other team members from your iPhone or iPad, you can now include resources as well. This means when scheduling a meeting with other team members, you can ensure resources are available for your meeting. For example, if you use resources for booking a conference room, in addition to the busy times of your team members, you’ll now be able to see what time slots that room is already booked. A light grey bar will appear for any time that the meeting room or team member is already booked on that dat so you can schedule your meeting around it.
When you tap “new meeting”, the first step is to select the team members (users) and resources.
Resources are listed below users and add contacts. If you do not already have resources, these can be added and updated within your Daylite preferences on your Mac.
When you pick the day you want to schedule your meeting, the same light grey bar is shown for any time that those resources and people are already booked.
Additional Features & Bug Fixes
- Adds a bar on the Home screen to display current file transfers.
- Fixes an issue where a “Last Sync” error message could erroneously appear when syncing with a self-serve database.
- Fixes an issue where trashed items were not being removed from the UI after a sync for cloud accounts.
- Fixes an issue where a black space appears on iPhone when rotating the device while trying to create an appointment/task or change the calendar in the Calendar view.
- Fixes an issue where ordering of Tasks in the Inbox did not match Daylite on the Mac.
- Fixes an issue where scrolling in a “New Task” detail pane was not working correctly.
- Fixes an issue where the title of a Task could be cut off when viewing it in the detail pane.
