Earlier this week we had our annual Marketcircle Christmas Party. We ate a delicious lunch and then played a team building game.
Building a culture that’s all about teamwork and collaboration is an important part of our company. We organize team lunches, celebrations, and games to encourage employees to interact with team members across different departments.
This helps us to get to know each other better and enforces a positive attitude towards working as a collective. By getting to know each other on a personal level and building friendships, it helps strengthen our team.
The bigger a company gets, the more important it becomes to encourage communication between departments so everyone views each other as team members working towards a common goal.
