For the last 5 years we’ve made a habit of rounding up our team and going apple picking at the beginning of Fall. This past weekend was the perfect weather for bringing together our friends, family, and our pets to join in the fun. We took a hay ride, picked some delicious apples, tasted a few apples, walked through the pumpkin patch, and snapped a few photos to remember the moments.
We’re not sure whether Patrick’s dog, Dakota, didn’t want him eating apples or was just jealous that he didn’t get to have any himself, but he tried to spoil the fun by almost taking a leak on Patrick’s bag of freshly picked apples. Luckily, Carolyn caught him just in time and the crisis was averted.
After filling our bags (and some of our bellies), we headed back on the hay ride and called it a day. If anyone has any killer apple pie recipes, send them our way!
