We will be saying goodbye to Timecard for Billings Pro as of February 29th, 2020. As Timecard is only used by a small percentage of our Billings Pro customers, we’ve decided to focus our resources and no longer support Timecard.
What is changing?
With the removal of Timecard on February 29th, 2020, there will no longer be a Controlled/Limited access level – these are the only type of Billings Pro users that would have interacted with Timecard. Any current Limited Access users will no longer be able to log into Timecard and will no longer be able to record their slips – you will only be able to create slips within the Billings Pro app as a Full access level user. Admin users on the account will need to upgrade any Limited access users to Full access users or deactivate them.
Can I still use Billings Pro?
Yes! Apart from the removal of Timecard, nothing else is changing. We will continue to make sure Billings Pro stays reliable, compatible, and up to date to help with all of your billing needs. The current version of Billings Pro will continue to work as usual and is compatible with Apple’s latest macOS, Catalina.
