We are performing some infrastructure upgrades this weekend. During the weekend, we’ll have 2 separate downtimes.
The first scheduled window is starting on Friday at 9pm (21:00) EST and will go till approximately 1am (01:00). At some point in the window, the main website will be unavailable for 30 to 90 minutes, but our cloud services will be operating normally.
The second scheduled window begins on Saturday at 9pm (21:00) EST and will go until approximately 1am (01:00) as well. At some point in the window, our cloud services (Billings Pro) will be unavailable for approximately 1 to 2 hours, but our website will be operating normally.
We will work hard to minimize the actual downtimes.
