Using Smart Lists for Task Management

In a past blog series, we explained how Smart Lists can be used to Reach the Right People and send out targeted email blasts. Smart Lists are great for organizing contacts into lists and they get automatically updated in Daylite. Smart Lists can also be integrated into your task workflow.

Urgent Tasks
You can create a Smart List for tasks that are urgent, and pin them to your favourites bar at the top of Daylite. This way you can view the tasks that are time-sensitive in one click. As you work and create tasks on the fly, your list of urgent tasks will automatically updated so you can come back to what needs to be done right away.
