I'm not able to sync: Billings Pro has pending changes and has not synchronized in 3 days or more
You’ve noticed that the following error is appearing from time to time when using Billings Pro, or when you try to sync:
Billings Pro has pending changes and has not synchronized in 3 days or more.
Why is this occurring?
- You have not connected to the internet for 3 or more days
- The sync process has become stuck or stalled, preventing sync in 3 or more days
Confirm that you have an internet connection, then do a manual sync by going to File —> Sync
If the issue persists do the following:
Quit Billings Pro. Important: DO NOT logout of Billings Pro
Restart your computer completely
Then relaunch Billings Pro, and click File —> Sync
